The title states it all, my career goal for this year. From the latest news from Ms. Tinette, it looks like we have a lock on a big project from Netherlands. To give you an idea on how big it is, the estimate for it spans 50 Man Year.

As the Team Lead for this project, the one thing that i can promise to the members of this project is that the will learn from me most of the advance practices on software development to date. It will be a complete paradigm shift to some and a big learning curve to others. Hee are some of the things that i have been looking on implementing:

3. Dependency Injection
4. MVVM
5. Prism
6. CAL

I have started today reading most of this topic and by the end of the project, My goal is that most of the team members would be the cream of the crop of BAI developers.
